CANCELLATION POLICY
Haus of Mane Salon Policies At Haus of Mane, we value your time and ours. These policies help us create a positive and seamless experience for every guest. ⸻ Booking & Deposits • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of a genuine emergency. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Life can be unpredictable, and we truly understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% service fee. • A 10 minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late will require rescheduling based on the artist’s availability. • Repeated last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. ⸻ Redo Services • Refunds are not offered for any services. • Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something feels not quite right with your service, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment so we can make it right. • Redo services will be scheduled at a time that works best for the artist’s availability. ⸻ General Courtesy • We’re dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment for every guest. • Clear communication and respect for appointment times ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for everyone.
