I’ve been doing hair for more than 10 years, and I’ve built my work around three things I love: lived-in balayage, glueless wigs, and weft extensions. Lived-in balayage is soft, sun-kissed color that grows out beautifully. You can go months between appointments without harsh lines or regrowth. Every balayage is customized to your skin tone, your style, and how much upkeep you actually want. Glueless wigs are installed, customized, and styled to look like your own hair, with no glue and no damage. You can also shop my wig collection online any time. Weft extensions give you length and fullness that blend naturally. I prefer wefts because they’re gentler on your hair and give a seamless, full result. Because this is a private suite, it’s just you and me: no rushing, no crowded salon floor. You get a real consultation, a stylist who listens, and hair you’ll love long after you leave my chair. These policies help us create a positive and seamless experience for every guest. ⸻ Booking & Deposits • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of a genuine emergency. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Life can be unpredictable, and we truly understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% service fee. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late will require rescheduling based on the artist’s availability. • Repeated last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. ⸻ Redo Services • Refunds are not offered for any services. • Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
